Affiliated Status Degree Conferral in Absentia

Students who have completed all degree requirements after ceasing full-time enrollment may petition for Degree Conferral in Absentia.  Directors of Graduate Studies may petition for this status to the Graduate School once a student has completed all degree requrements. Students are eligible for this status for one term only so all degree requirements need to be completed formally by the department. A student may request this status up to 15 days before the graduation deadline for that term.

This is a fee-based, affiliated status. The current fee is $211.00
