Mia Dini

Mia's mentorship has facilitated connection across the cohorts in our department, which can sometimes be hard to forge as a first-year. She helps connect each individual to advanced student mentors for coursework, but also for support. By leading the supervision of advanced student/first-year student partnerships, Mia has been able to create relationships that are beneficial for our clinical training, and for our social connection. This makes the department more collaborative, and it increases my own sense of support.
